EZ-CARE SERVICES
Citation and Point Prevention Services
Litter Patrol – available daily, weekly, summers, or just over break
Walk Thru Inspections – weekly, bi-weekly, summers, or just over breaks
Pre-Code Inspections – identify problems before your official inspection
Fire Safety Certification – NEW borough requirement before August move-in
Kitchen Hood Cleaning – required by Codes – a safety improvement must
Backflow Inspections – required – and FPA has the lowest prices in town
Snow Removal – sidewalks or parking lots or both; year round or just over breaks
Lawn Care – fixed rate contracts start at just $500 for the whole season - cost based on size of lawn
PERSON IN CHARGE – Comprehensive Property Oversight Service
Additional Services
Cleaning Service – house, kitchen, bedrooms, other - before or after move in
Move-in and Move-out Inspections – for security deposit mgmt & fire certificate completion
Chimney Inspections and Flue Cleanings – as per your preference
Pest Control – monthly contracts & special exterminating services available
Over Break Services
Litter Patrol - helps avoid citations when the borough patrols over Thanksgiving, Semester and Spring Breaks
Security Inspection – checks boiler/furnace, water leaks, and secures your doors and windows
Snow Removal – sidewalks, parking lots, or both are covered when house is closed over breaks
